Will one size actually fit me?
Yes. The Hood Towel is cut as a single adaptable size and is worn wrapped rather than fitted, so it adjusts to you rather than the reverse. Snap closures at the neck let you set the tension where you want it. It sits comfortably under a helmet or worn alone, on smaller and larger heads alike.
How does the cooling actually work?
Rinse it with cold water and wring it out. As the moisture held in the weave evaporates, it pulls heat away from your skin — the same principle as sweat, made more efficient by the fabric. You get roughly three hours of cooling per rinse, and you can repeat it as often as you like. There are no chemicals, no gels, and nothing that wears out.
How long until it arrives?
Orders are dispatched from North Carolina, and shipping is complimentary on every order. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What if it is not right for me?
Return it unworn within 30 days and we will make it right. Write to us and we will send return instructions the same day — no interrogation, no restocking fee.
Will the print fade?
No. The artwork is sublimation-printed, which bonds the ink into the fibre rather than sitting on top of it as a screen print does. It will not crack, peel, or lift. Rinse cold and hang dry and it will outlast the season.
